2. What this notice covers
This notice covers this marketing website only. It does not cover the Bancorix platform itself: where a licensed financial institution operates Bancorix for its own customers, that institution is the controller for its customer data and publishes its own notice. Our role in that case is a processor acting on its instructions.
3. What we collect on this site
This site has no accounts, no sign-up and no web forms. There are three sources of data:
- Analytics (consent required). Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID
G-44ZBET07P1) records pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device and browser type, and referring site. It is loadedonly after you press “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If you decline, or ignore the banner, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. - Hosting logs (no consent required). The site is served by Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps, which records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent, response status — to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. We do not use these logs to build profiles.
- Email you send us. If you write to ask@paydevops.comwe process the contents of your message and your contact details in order to reply.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
| Purpose | Set by | Consent | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Remembering your cookie choice | This site (browser localStorage, key bancorix:consent:analytics) | Not required — strictly necessary to honour your decision | Until you clear your browser storage |
Audience measurement (_ga, _ga_*) | Google Analytics 4 | Required — set only after you accept | Google’s default retention for these cookies (up to 2 years) |
The site also loads an icon stylesheet from the cdnjs content delivery network. Fetching it discloses your IP address and user agent to that network, as any third-party asset request does. No cookie is set for it.
To change your mind, clear this site’s browser storage (or use your browser’s “clear site data” control) and the banner will ask again.
5. Legal bases
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and Art. 5(3) ePrivacy as implemented in Portuguese Law 41/2004) — analytics cookies.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — hosting and security logs, to keep the site available and defend it against abuse.
- Legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(f), 6(1)(b)) — replying to your email.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. Data is processed by:
- Microsoft (Azure Static Web Apps) — hosting and request logs.
- Google (Google Analytics 4) — audience measurement, only where you consented.
Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics’ configured retention period. Hosting logs are kept for the platform’s standard log retention. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
Write to ask@paydevops.com. You also have the right to complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, theComissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or to the authority in your country of residence.
9. Changes
If this notice changes we update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting consent will be surfaced through the cookie banner.
